Our Collaboration Model
We rely on an agile collaboration model with our clients in our projects. For optimal results, it is essential to develop the concept closely with the client step by step. To ensure smooth operations, the client provides a dedicated contact person for the entire project duration who assumes the role of Product Owner for the client.
The Product Owner provides timely feedback on concept stages or work results and makes decisions regarding the prioritization of user stories. For the project, Elasticbrains will assemble a team consisting of developers, UX/UI and a Scrum Master.
Elasticbrains will organize the development process for the client, including maintenance and support of the newly created software. Furthermore, Elasticbrains will continuously document all important insights and decisions in a system provided by the client (e.g. Confluence).
