elasticbrains is a digital innovation agency based in Munich. We develop AI-powered software solutions, web applications, MVPs and digital strategies for medium-sized companies and corporations. Our focus is on the practical application of artificial intelligence in business processes.

We work with companies of all sizes – from startups to mid-sized companies to large corporations. Our clients come from various industries and share the goal of strategically leveraging digital innovation and AI technology.

Data protection is our highest priority. All projects are implemented in compliance with GDPR. For AI applications, we pay special attention to data minimization, anonymization and secure data processing. On request, we exclusively use European or self-hosted AI models.

We start with a free initial consultation, followed by an analysis phase. Then we develop iteratively in short sprints: concept, prototype, MVP, production system. Each sprint is coordinated with the client. Transparency and regular communication are important to us.

Costs depend on scope and complexity. For an initial estimate, use our project configurator or schedule a free consultation. We work with both fixed prices and on a time & material basis.

Agentic Coding is the professional approach to AI-assisted software development where AI agents serve as autonomous development partners that independently plan, implement, and test. Humans steer as architects and reviewers. At elasticbrains, we have been using this approach productively since 2023.

We work with leading AI platforms such as Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4 (OpenAI) and specialized open-source models. For development, we use Claude Code, Cursor and other Agentic Coding tools. With over 3 years of Agentic Coding experience, we have also built our own Agentic Engineering systems and specialized development servers that we deploy depending on project requirements. The selection depends on the specific use case.

n8n is a powerful open-source platform for workflow automation. As n8n experts, we integrate your existing systems, automate business processes and connect AI models with your data sources – without vendor lock-in.

Our core stack includes Vue 3, Node.js/Express, MongoDB, TypeScript and Python for AI applications. For automation, we rely on n8n. We adapt the specific technology selection to the project requirements.

We typically develop an MVP in 2-4 weeks. Through our Agentic Coding approach with AI-assisted development, we achieve significantly higher speeds than traditional development teams – with consistent or higher quality.

We recommend 3-8 participants per workshop. This ensures that each participant receives individual attention while also benefiting from group exchange.

Our workshops take place on-site – in Munich or anywhere in Germany at your company. We are flexible and happy to rent a suitable workshop location in your area for maximum flexibility - sometimes it makes sense to step out of the everyday environment to be creative. Workshops can be individually tailored to your requirements and industry.
