From idea to product in just 8 weeks

We help you quickly validate your product idea and bring it to market. With our agile and user-centric approach, we develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in just 8 weeks - whether as an initial Proof of Concept, focused Prototype Development, or a full Pilot Project. The result captures your idea's core functionality and enables real user feedback.

Week 1: Preparation and MVP Bootcamp

In a three-day workshop, we define customer personas, create customer journeys, design initial UI screens, and determine MVP scope.

  • Identification of project stakeholders
  • Definition of user personas
  • Mapping of customer journeys
  • Design of initial UI screens
  • Determination of MVP scope

Week 2-7: Agile Development

We develop iteratively in weekly sprints, select the optimal technical platform, and deliver a functional product version each week.

  • Iterative feature development in weekly sprints
  • Selection of optimal technical platform
  • Weekly functional product versions
  • Continuous feedback

Week 8: MVP Testing

We present the MVP to potential customers, gather feedback, and test product hypotheses to define the further development path.

  • Rolling out MVP to potential customers
  • Gathering and integrating user feedback
  • Testing product hypotheses
  • Planning next steps

Our Approach: Lean, agile and user-centric

An MVP is far from perfect - we start with 30, 40, or 50 percent of features and need real users and customers for further development. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with you, using Design Thinking and Lean Startup principles.

Our Technology Options

Depending on requirements, we use various technologies:

Häufige Fragen

What is the difference between an MVP, a Prototype, and a Proof of Concept?

A Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrates technical feasibility - often internally, without a full user interface. Prototype Development visualizes concept and design but lacks real functionality. An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is the smallest working product version that real users can interact with and that delivers measurable feedback. In most cases we recommend going straight to the MVP: within 8 weeks you have a Pilot Project ready to test in the market.
