For a company in the debt collection and receivables management sector, a digital, AI-powered mail inbox was developed and implemented. The goal was the complete automation of processing court documents and postal mail. The process began with the digitization of incoming documents by an external scanning service provider. Subsequently, the data was processed through custom-developed n8n workflows: - Categorization of document types using AI - Data extraction of relevant content (e.g., case numbers, debtor data, deadlines) - Automated interface connection to the existing specialized software
