The Challenge
Sales training is expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to scale. Simulating real customer conversations previously required actors or colleagues - with all their limitations. How do you train sales staff effectively without annoying real customers?
Our Solution: Three Pillars
The platform combines simulation, analysis, and coaching in an integrated system:
1. Real-Time Voice AI with Parallel Analysis
While the user speaks with an AI customer, a second AI system analyzes the conversation live. Two AI systems work in parallel - one conducts the realistic customer conversation, one immediately provides improvement suggestions and coaching tips.
2. Psychology-Based Customer Personas
The simulated customers are based on a scientific personality model. Four basic types combined with five resistance levels result in 20 different conversation situations. Not just "difficult customer," but psychologically grounded behavior: An analytical type at medium resistance level needs facts and patience - an emotional type responds to different triggers.
3. Intelligent Coaching System
A structured knowledge base with over 100 sales frameworks and strategies. The system understands the conversation context and selects appropriate frameworks. When recommendations conflict, conflicts are recognized and resolved situationally.
4. Multi-Provider AI without Vendor Lock-In
An abstraction layer enables flexible use of various AI providers. Providers can be switched without code changes. An admin dashboard controls which providers are enabled for which functions - important for governance and cost control.
5. Data Protection BEFORE Processing
Sensitive data such as names, IBAN, email, or phone numbers are recognized and pseudonymized locally before being transmitted to external AI systems. The system never blocks the flow (fail-open), is configurable per feature, and meets strict GDPR requirements. AI models are hosted in European data centers.
6. Enterprise-Ready from Day 1
Full GDPR compliance, subscription management with automatic invoice generation, configurable retention periods (TTLs), audit logs, and automatic data deletion. Startup speed with enterprise architecture.

Challenge
Sales training is expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to scale. Realistic customer conversations previously required human trainers or actors - with limited availability and consistency. At the same time, enterprise data protection requirements must be met: personal data must not flow uncontrolled to external AI systems. Additionally, dependency on individual AI providers should be avoided.
Solution
Development of a dual-AI architecture: One system conducts realistic customer conversations based on a psychological personality model (4 types x 5 resistance levels = 20 combinations), while a second system analyzes the conversation live and delivers context-aware coaching from over 100 sales strategies. A privacy layer recognizes and pseudonymizes personal data locally before it is transmitted to AI systems. The provider-agnostic architecture enables switching between different AI providers without code changes - controlled via an admin dashboard.
