For a company in the debt collection and receivables management sector, an AI-powered agent was developed that is used both for daily employee work and for automated data enrichment in internal processes. The agent fulfills two central tasks: 1. Chat-based support for employees - Voice interface for interaction with the agent - Integration of the NorthData API for company information research 2. Automated data enrichment in workflows - Completion of current addresses of limited liability companies - Identification of managing directors - History analysis of changes (name, address, etc.)
