For Talentlake, we developed a comprehensive AI-based recruiting platform specifically designed to connect skilled professionals from Tunisia with international companies. The platform currently manages over 400 talented professionals and offers innovative features for efficient matching processes between talents and companies. A special feature of the platform is the built-in AI assistant that enables companies to search for developers by simply describing the project they want to implement. The AI analyzes these requirements and suggests suitable candidates. The platform serves three different user groups: the talents themselves, companies/startups looking to hire talents, and resellers who bring customers to the platform through a commission model and monetize from it. An integrated payment solution enables seamless profile unlocking and payment processing.
