Project Description
Our Product Development Bootcamp Workshop is an intensive, three-day program that helps companies move from an initial idea to a comprehensive digital product vision. The workshop follows a process we developed called the "Heroes Journey," which guides participants through various phases of product development.
In a collaborative environment, participants work together with our experienced coaches to generate, validate, and refine ideas. Through proven methods such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and User Story Mapping, abstract concepts are transformed into concrete, actionable product visions.
So far, we have conducted this workshop with over 20 companies from various industries - from tech startups to established mid-sized companies and corporations. From Idea to Concept in Just 3 Days
Our Product Development Bootcamp is an intensive method to move from an initial idea to a validated product concept in just three days. The workshop employs various agile methods that we have specifically developed and compiled for this purpose.
Day 1: Customer Persona Workshop
We start by creating a hypothetical user profile and analyzing the target group. Using Design Thinking methods, we identify the most important user needs and pain points.
