For a major Munich event venue with more than 10 different event rooms, we developed a comprehensive ticket booking platform. The solution digitizes the entire process from event management to ticket sales, admission control, and additional services. The platform enables the venue to easily and efficiently create and manage various events - from concerts to comedy shows to cultural events. Integrated features for venue planning, pricing, and quota management offer maximum flexibility. For visitors, a user-friendly booking system was created that enables ticket purchases through various channels. The integrated payment solution supports various payment methods and ensures seamless transaction processing. Particularly innovative is the developed mobile app for staff, which is used not only for scanning tickets but also for managing additional services such as cloakroom or champagne reception.

Challenge
The central challenge was developing a system flexible enough to accommodate the diverse requirements of different event types while being robust enough to handle peak loads during pre-sales launches of popular events. Additionally, seamless integration with existing accounting systems had to be ensured.
